Madeline Grace Asbell Crowned Miss Metroplex’s Teen 2026, Advances to Miss Texas’ Teen 2026 Competition

Austin, Texas – December 1, 2025 – Madeline Grace Asbell has been crowned Miss Metroplex’s Teen 2026 and will advance to compete for Miss Texas’ Teen 2026 in the Miss America Opportunity (MAO) organization in June 2026.

Asbell, a student at Rouse High School and a varsity cheerleader, earned the Miss Metroplex’s Teen title through her strong interview, polished performance, and her passionate commitment to her community platform, “Giving Grace: Advocating for Caregiving Youth.” More about her work, appearances, and advocacy can be found at www.madelinegraceasbell.com.

Madeline is also a National Advocate for the American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY), helping bring national attention to students who care for loved ones at home.

Her platform focuses on raising awareness and support for Caregiving Youth—students who provide care for a parent, grandparent, sibling, or other family member alongside their schoolwork and activities. Through her initiative, she aims to:

  • Highlight the emotional and academic challenges Caregiving Youth face

  • Encourage schools to recognize caregiving as meaningful service

  • Provide resources, encouragement, and community to caregiving students

  • Promote opportunities for Caregiving Youth to earn community service hours for the care they provide

“I am incredibly honored to represent the Metroplex community as Miss Metroplex’s Teen 2026,” said Madeline Grace Asbell. “Caregiving Youth deserve to be seen and supported. I’m excited to bring this message to the Miss Texas’ Teen stage and continue sharing the stories of young caregivers across Texas.”

Madeline’s advocacy is rooted in her own experience as a Caregiving Youth. She regularly speaks with students, educators, policymakers, and community leaders about the unseen responsibilities many teens carry at home and the need for recognition and better support systems.

In her year of service as Miss Metroplex’s Teen 2026, Madeline will attend community events, support local nonprofits, and continue amplifying her “Giving Grace” message ahead of the Miss Texas’ Teen 2026 competition.
